We have installed our 160-slice high-end computed tomography uCT 780 in Medical Institut Bayer in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This healthcare institution specializes in the treatment of cardiology and is one of the most modern centres in Eastern Europe.
Service engineers and trusted partners have worked diligently to ensure delivery and assembly go according to plan. Installation was extremely quick and professional, without disturbing the work of the institute.
“The uCT 780 is the most advanced piece of technology at Bayer Medical Institute.” said Professor, Dr. and medical scientist Haris Huseinagić. “We are amazed that the image quality is so sharp and clear, the interface is intuitive and the learning curve to use it is short - the end result is also easy to achieve. Its design is high-end and ergonomic – especially the useful double portal commands on the back. We will closely monitor United Imaging’s development as a company, because our relationship has definitely evolved from a buyer-seller to a long-term partnership based on their level of innovation.”
Precision. Accelerated. The uCT 780 is equipped with the Z-Detector, which allows for low-dose data acquisition, while the fast rotation speed of the system improves cardiac scan quality, and the control system boosts the speed for scanning and reconstruction.
Now, the uCT 780 at Bayer Medical Institute has come into use for not only cardiology, but for #COVID19, to help defend against the disease in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
